“It's wrong to state one price on the first step then additional charges on step two. By the time you go to step two your card has been charged already, so if you change your mind due to the mailing charges it's too late and have no chose but to choose one. Submitting payments should be at the end. It's false advertising.”

“The Drug and Alcohol test itself was fine but... since I did not pay for the permit test, it kept saying "Are you sure you don't want to pay for the permit test as well?" or "for the low price of (whatever it is) add the permit test to your order" and at least 5 other basically adds that I had to click No Continue on before I could finish my course. That was very frustrating and in my opinion rude. But other than that it was very simple and worked well! ”

“It asked me way too many times if I wanted to purchase extra items and it was VERY annoying. Stop asking me 3-4 times if i'm sure about not wanting to pay anything addiction, i promise you i do not want to pay extra. And i would have liked my experience better if i wasn't asked so many times. Also, i was expecting to pay 5.95 for the entire process and i ended up paying over 20$ for a fee i wasn't aware i needed to pay. Be more clear. And stop asking the same question so many times after i repeatedly say no. ”

“There should not be a $30 charge for email receipt of certificate. That's typically free and should be included in the $30 processing fee. Also, there should be mention of the additional fees on the first page. The advertising is misleading. ”
