To add the expiration date it doesn’t specify to only had the last 2 years yet, the model it displays says y/y/y/y and I put in the full year and my payment wasn’t processing and made me restart my whole account information which is fucking stupid. Make online courses simpler to find too y’all money hungry asf.

Service charge wasn't mentioned initially. Don't understand why can't regular mail, email, etc., rather than choosing only one method.

I’m trynna change my password but it’s saying “password change can’t happen” when I insert my correct email. No reason why or explanation even absolutely ridiculous. And when I call the number no one answers and even gives me an option to let alone leave a message. They take forever to pick up the line and tell you send an email. Even when you send an email no one gets back to you right away. I understand everyone is just human and probably busy but it’s really upsetting in cases of last minute emergencies when no one is there to help you with something simple like a password change. Thank you anyways
