Certificate delivery option costs are intentionally withheld until after course registration is paid. This is very underhanded and unethical. I will be sure to warn everyone needing a defensive driving course to use a different company.

The price of $29.95 is ridiculous!! You should STATE that price BEFORE I selected this course... That's $54.95 whereas if I would have know this, I would have gone to an in-person class for cheaper!

The shopping is fine. The delivery should be showed upfront. you purchase the course and then find out that the fee for shipping is outrageous. Now I want a refund to go to another company where you can get an email for $15.00 and the free standard is 3-7 days. I feel like you know this and you deceive your customers on purpose.

had hard time entering billing information had to retype several times. then when you start the course I answered personal questions correctly and it told me wasn't correct, I should know when my birthday is and what day. not a good experience with this course.
