it is sneaky to offer a defensive driving course and not show there will be second amount that's even higher than the course to get an email of your certificate. so now that ive half paid i guess i either cut my losses or accept that its going to take me a week to get my defensive driving certificate. I dont need it immediately, lucky for me. but this is a decietful tactic and i wont be coming back and i will be warning friends and family of this terribly mismanaged marketing strategy.

Certificate delivery option costs are intentionally withheld until after course registration is paid. This is very underhanded and unethical. I will be sure to warn everyone needing a defensive driving course to use a different company.

Can't understand why you charge an extra $4.95 for email delivery. This is mentioned no where until you are ordering the course. Makes me wonder what other hidden fees I will discover.

The price of $29.95 is ridiculous!! You should STATE that price BEFORE I selected this course... That's $54.95 whereas if I would have know this, I would have gone to an in-person class for cheaper!

The shopping is fine. The delivery should be showed upfront. you purchase the course and then find out that the fee for shipping is outrageous. Now I want a refund to go to another company where you can get an email for $15.00 and the free standard is 3-7 days. I feel like you know this and you deceive your customers on purpose.
