The webpage didn't respond and the "leave a message" in the lower left corner led me to believe that something was wrong. I finally figured out that it was because I did not select an answer for the question of how I heard about this course. Not very user-friendly...

The page said that I was going to receive the audio free if I register within 5 minutes. After I clicked on submit payment, it showed that you guys charged me the $4.95 of the audio. That's false advertisement. Please refund my $4.95 back.

Screen flashed by saying needed unique user name, but screen continued to the Received Order screen.
