A better description of fees to be expected should get immediate attention. All of these programs exploit the same fee "tactics". Just be up front aboot it.

The sevice was good. I did not see the small print that stated that if you did not finish the test by 2:00pm that you will not receive your certificate the next day....so i panic since i wanted it the day before it was due.
