You made it hard to check out by requiring I answer a question about how I heard about you. Wasn't obvious that was the problem. Also, I know it's12 to get my certified license so the price you were charging seemed excessive.

Having completed all information and supplying Credit Card data, I was unable to proceed past the initial page. Only after re-logging and re-entering the same data was I able to proceed to the next page of information.
