I really wanted to charge to my American Express card and your system would not accept it. Also, feedback should be at the end so I can share my experience not in the beginning. Please, do not take it as a criticism just a suggestion. Thank you

$14.99 email delivery is not a "nominal fee" compared to the course cost of $6.95. The entire fee structure is kept hidden (the $19.99 "state fee" is also not disclosed anywhere). Charging my payment method before giving the options for certificate delivery is extremely shady as well. Total bait and switch.

I had course credit pending for course I elected in the past and did not need - no longer seems to reflect in my account. now that i need said course - I cannot find the credit to take it. I dont really have time to sort this out - expedience seems to come with a price - oddly enough, the same price for failing to take this course is the same price to taqke and submit this form to DMV. Next time I'll take the points from day 1 and forego the stress of using this site. Customer of 10yrs but this is probably my last time.

The options to select how I could receive my certificate should have been outlined prior to me purchasing the class. If I knew I would still have to wait 7-10 business days after paying, I would have chosen a different course that would have cost the same amount to email it to me.

You sandbagged me on the charge. You should declare sending an email cost money before I signed up. That is complete BS. Also you do not provide a way to close this out without checking a statement which is false. I see no Terms of Use and Privacy statement. Only Checking block to get out of here.

Very misleading with the '$34 and change' price, only to find an added $30 in "fees". Single mom :( The convenience is great, but it needs to be more clear about the real cost, as well as letting people know they can skip all the add on extras and still take the tests.

I took your course but I failed. i did ok with the first part but the final questions were I guess to much for an 84 years old man. Then I pushed the button to retake the test. Nothing happened so I pushed it again and found there was two charges of $9.95 on my credit card. I called you and canceled the charges. I also said I will not be taking the test again. Seems to be that this is a money maker for your company. I assume it is my fault for flunking but charging to take it over is not right. I am more than disgusted with your company. Alva C. Johnson
