bait on the price of the class. It should also include all of the fees. It's not the cheapest, it's the same as all of the ones I looked at.

When it starts about the shipping preferences and cost's, it goes into it with no pre-explaination of what it means. E.g., "You may simply choose to email your completion certificate to DMV, but if you want or need a hard copy, etc. Or You can only email your completion certificate to DMV, but... PLUS- the low fee is great, but when you walk into the state fees and then the 'convenience' fee, it just feels a bit like a gotcha--> I guess not ur fault though.

The price is displayed as one things and then there are additional fees that make it much higher. Just be up front!

The flyer I got in the mail gave a much cheaper price. Also, there was no place to check that I wanted email delivery.
