the name is misleading, its not the lowest price traffic school. also, why didnt it ask for the citation# so they can add it to the certificate?

I continue to have my access cut off and have to re-enter payment (credit card). If I have to use restroom, let dog out supervised etc, I get signed out and have to wait long time periods to sign back in. I just want to take the class and finish the exams. I have been working on this since maybe 10 am EST. Can you help make this not happen any more?
