I have zero experience as I just clicked to register. I thought “I have had zero experience yet so that’s a really aggressive theme to start out with. If you truly wanted an honest response to an honest experience why wouldn’t you wait until someone finishes or at least has a few minutes on the site to have any issues (or praises) before asking how they rate their experience.
