“When I got the initial flyer it said 7.89$ Then after the fact I found out that there is a 20$ processing fee. After paying that fee I'm seeing all these extra fees popping up.”

“You need to advertise all the fees BEFORE purchase. Its advertised as if it ONLY costs 19.99. By the time its pver you have racked up well over $30 total charge with fees. Thats false advertising. Im not satisfied, but the charge is applied already.”

“so far, so good. The pricing policy seems to be one of bait and switch. You are told the price is only $7.xx and then the next paragraph says .... there is a $19.xx state fee. Then you give your credit card information and the next series of questions.services are additional charges .... IE, if you would like your completion certificate sent to you via email it will cost $9.xx. And this is after you have provided your credit card information ... And then there was some video assistance for only $3.95 which I agreed to, still don't know what that was. The pricing approach smells of bait and switch. The course and testing, somewhat long and boring but overall OK!”

“The final price should have been clear. The nondisclosure of the processing fee made me feel like the company was dishonest. Everyone taking this class probably has no choice, and will pay it anyways. Therefor withholding the final price is pointless and just a plain annoyance”
