“Rotten of you to not disclose online "nominal" fees for express delivery before paying. I had to call 2 times to find out. $9.95 not nominal to print out a certificate by e mail. This is a scam. I am sure I will get my promised certificate for $35. Not the $7.95 you hook people with. #JustSaying you take advantage of people for a service they need.”
