Feel the price guide is misleading, should state that fees make it more expensive for people on a budget(poor). This will be my third child taking this on-line with your company, should get more of a discount.. Never received all documentation last two times promised...

When looking at the classes that are offered; we almost chose the one for 34.95 that said it had the Test prep and the 4 hour course. We noticed the next class also was 34.95 but it did not have test prep. If I had not read the fine print I would have chosen the first one with test prep thinking my son would be able to take the written exam with this package. I suggest you clarify it is just test prep (Maybe put actual permit written exam not included with this package. I know this is new wording as all three of my sons have taken the class and learner test through this site. Every 3 1/2 years we use you all becuase the pricing and the effeicency. Since this is my last child to use your site for this class it does not effect me either way but I would hate for others who do not read their fine print or the details find out the hard way. You all have been a great program and appreciate the ease in which it normally is to sign up and take the class.
