5.94 equals 39.00 but they don't charge for a certificate to be mailed? Whatev. I was innocent going thru yellow light the cop didn't have on his recording device in his car or his chest but if I took it before the judge, per his Supervisor and they didn't agree with me I would have had the points on my license and had to pay the whole ticket immediately and my insurance went up from 350. to 750. so Venice FL Police they screwed me.
