The website advertises lowest price for the online course, but once you enter your credit card info, it brings up all kinds of "extra" charges....want the lesson in audio? Extra. Want your course certificate emailed to you? Extra. Want faster customer service if you send an email? Yep, there's an extra charge for that too. Just give me an up front cost. Furthermore, if you decline the extras and go with the low-budget option, it keeps asking you if you want the extras...the price reduces by a little bit each time, but come on...either give me a good price for everything, or be up front about the costs BEFORE you ask for my credit card info. It felt like a bait-and-switch. The course itself was good, though. Can go at your own pace (as much as the state will allow), and easy to skim and access afterward during the exam.
