I’m trynna change my password but it’s saying “password change can’t happen” when I insert my correct email. No reason why or explanation even absolutely ridiculous. And when I call the number no one answers and even gives me an option to let alone leave a message. They take forever to pick up the line and tell you send an email. Even when you send an email no one gets back to you right away. I understand everyone is just human and probably busy but it’s really upsetting in cases of last minute emergencies when no one is there to help you with something simple like a password change. Thank you anyways

I have to pay a for a second certificate because it wouldn't let me purchase emailing of the certificate. And customer service will contact me way to late for when I need this certificate.
