I have to pay a for a second certificate because it wouldn't let me purchase emailing of the certificate. And customer service will contact me way to late for when I need this certificate.

The delivery method. After you pay is when the information gets disclosed and you charge double the cost of the course to deliver a certificate! Thats insane
