The price of $29.95 is ridiculous!! You should STATE that price BEFORE I selected this course... That's $54.95 whereas if I would have know this, I would have gone to an in-person class for cheaper!

The shopping is fine. The delivery should be showed upfront. you purchase the course and then find out that the fee for shipping is outrageous. Now I want a refund to go to another company where you can get an email for $15.00 and the free standard is 3-7 days. I feel like you know this and you deceive your customers on purpose.

had hard time entering billing information had to retype several times. then when you start the course I answered personal questions correctly and it told me wasn't correct, I should know when my birthday is and what day. not a good experience with this course.

I did not see how long it takes to receive a certificate by USPS. I wish I had seen how long it takes. I would have chosen the school that offered less time in getting me my certificate.

Your programs keeps saying my email is invalid and it is the email I use everyday. There is no phone number to call anyone. I am very frustrated trying to use your website. I thought I chose overnight and not it is asking me to pay for overnight again.

I purchased the Rush Processing and Overnight delivery and I did not receive my certificate. FedEx said that as of 9/20/2016, AM, the package had still not been picked up. Now, FedEx is saying I will not receive my package until 9/22/16, sometime. This is unsatisfactory! To make things worse, was the original signing on to the program did not include the section to enter the License Plate number which caused your people to reset the sign on part of the program. I have used you before, and I do not remember going through this, then. The court due date was for today, before 5 pm. I pray that I will not get fined! I want to know how your going to rectify this problem! I love your program, and I will use it again, but this type of problem can't keep happening! Thank you, Dolores Gauna

It says the rush processing is free for choosing your company. It also says that I have to pay to receive it by email, but have to chose to have it mailed to me in 7-10 business days. Is this just another way for you all to get money?

When you open the interactive agreement to look at it it will not close by clicking the X. I had to leave the page and go to home page to re register, put in my card info again, etc. This tie, I knew not to open the agreement. That needs to be fixed. Thanks for the chance to let you know. Just FYI, This window also asked me "Should Shopper Approved follow up to make sure you’re satisfied with your order?" I picked NO. It now has come back with "Are you sure? blah blah blah" and won't let me close the window without continuing the process. I was going to change some of my ratings up, but now that I am being held hostage by forcing my name and email before I can be allowed to close this window, I'm leaving the lower rating. No means No in my world. Making me change it by force doesn't work for me...

I called the phone number for assistance at approximately 9:00 PM and was told they could not reset the program which had an error in it until the next morning. I was 1 hour into the program, and had to pay again and start over. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund on one of my two payments as I never got to complete the first course.

Firstly they should have told you that you needed to get it signed off by a notary before being able to take the test.The test itself was so convoluted and time consuming that I am surprised that anyone would consider it worthwhile. I had taken one of these courses some time ago and it was so much easier and less time wasting. I am sorry if this seems very negative to you but this is how I feel Yours Sincerely Harry Beton
