After purchasing the course, the website showed that to get a completion certificate emailed would be another $30 upcharge, more expensive than the course itself. To get your certificate sent for free you have to wait two weeks for it to ship in the mail. I have taken defensive driving courses before, and they email your course completion for free. This site is a total scam, making you go through multiple pages of "add-ons" like giving you audio for a $5 upcharge.
