“You guys are a little slick...selling me on what appears to be free email delivery, then attempting charge of $29.95 for same. Second, most jurisdictions require copy of driving record in order to sign up for deferral via defensive driving in the first place...So the $44.95 option is rather uneccessary for most...so yeah Caveat Emptor all over for you guys.”

“You pay the $49 for the class and driving record and $9.95 to have the driving record emailed to you. Then once you've paid they charge you $29 to Fed Ex the certificate to you or you have to wait to get it in the regular mail.”
