I already paid an additional $9 for email delivery of my certificate. Why is it now asking me to pay another $39 for the same thing? If my documentation is not provided by email with the $9 fee that I've already paid then I will have to report your organization to my financial institution for a fraudulent transaction. I await your immediate response and a phone number whee I can reach customer support. Thanks, Eric Maddox
