The system gave me a price of $25 and then charged me $28 which even with sales tax is greater than what is advertised

Good afternoon, Mr. Glanton, and thank you for choosing our course! I see there might be some confusion about our pricing. We advertise the minimum price course allowed by Texas Law ($25). But, we also are required by the State of Texas to collect a minimum administration fee of $3 which we display next to the $3 fee on the registration page before payment is submitted. It says "Sec. 1001.352. FEES FOR DRIVING SAFETY COURSE. A driving safety provider shall charge each student: (1) at least $25 for a driving safety course; and (2) a fee of at least $3 for course materials and for supervising and administering the course." So, in short, we charge the minimum fee allow by Texas law for both the course AND the administration fee. We hope this helps your understanding.
