There needs to be an option to select other for insurance carrier on the during the initial steps to get started. I had to select an insurance carrier I don't have just to be able to enter the course registration. It was only as I entered my registration info that I was able to choose other and list my insurance company. If this was an option to click when you first click get started, it would make the process much easier and less confusing. I had to call my agent and his figure out a work around just to get into the course.
